You see there is a difference between a Master of a specific fighting style and then just being a Normal person of a fighting style.

A master earns and trains and practice the style for his whole life.
While a normal person just learns the passing grade and then turn to his daily life doing his job.

So In terms Never take on a master of no matter what style he possess and never look down on him too.

I dislike when level or power scale is not consistant. In the previous episode they've introduced Katou being at the level of Doppo Orochi if not higher. With Katsumi bringing him and telling Doppo that Katou's style is better. While we knew from previous seasons that Katou was just a Meh, in fact! we know from previous seasons that Katsumi was and is way stronger than Katou, so it's fine to call him a senior as Katsumi joined the Dojo after, but there is no way Katou would be any close to both Katsumi, Dorian, Doppo or even Retsu. Almost every character that showed up after him was stronger if we go back to old seasons since his introduction

Now they had to get back to the original level of Katou and showing his fight against Dorian and how they were not at the same level. I don't wanna spoil so I won't bring the fact as I've watched all seasons.
